Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Operational Excellence. The VP will lead efforts to enhance efficiency across manufacturing operations, as well as oversee supply chain and operational strategies to drive excellence. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational best practices, managing cross-functional teams, and optimizing processes to achieve measurable improvements. The role also involves aligning operational goals with organizational objectives to support growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Manufacturing Operations and expertise in Manufacturing Operations Management.
• Deep understanding of Operational Excellence and Operations Management processes and principles.
• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management strategies and practices.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote, team-oriented setting.
• Familiarity with energy or industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
