Schedule/Hours:

• Day, evening, and night shifts available (see details below)
• Rotating weekends (every 4th, Saturday-Sunday)
• 6-week advance block scheduling
• Shifts available: 0645-1515, 1445-1915, 2245-0715, 3x12h, 2x8h, 2x12h, 5x8h
• Holiday and on-call coverage required (sleeping room available)

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS certification required
• 2-3 years acute care, Level I/II trauma, and OR/CVOR nursing (scrub/circulate for adult/peds open-heart cases)
• EPIC experience necessary
• Pediatric (20%) and adult surgical experience
• Comfort handling trauma, transplant, vascular, neuro, and robotics cases
• Resourceful and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for complex surgical procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (surgeons, anesthesiologists, educators)
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation with EPIC
• Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergencies
• Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols
