Join Allied Universal as an armed, driving patrol officer in a retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming customer experience through strong communication. In this role, you will respond to routine concerns, complete patrols throughout the property, and bring our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon07:00 AM – 03:30 PMWed03:30 PM – 11:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders and company policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, report suspicious behavior, and document observed activity, incidents, and/or policy violations in a timely manner.
• Support loss prevention and other on-site personnel with security-related presence, de-escalation, and incident response while maintaining professional interactions with customers and employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
