About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on technology leader who can architect, scale, and operationalize our digital ecosystem.
This is not a maintenance role.
You will play a central role in shaping how our technology function evolves—from foundational systems to scalable, enterprise-grade infrastructure.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has:
– Driven digital transformation initiatives
– Built structured delivery environments (PMO or equivalent)
– Delivered complex, multi-system technology programs
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the development and evolution of the company’s IT and digital capabilities
– Translate business vision into scalable technology strategy and execution plans
– Establish delivery frameworks, governance models, and operational discipline
– Oversee system architecture, integrations, and platform performance
– Drive transformation initiatives across data, systems, and workflows
– Ensure infrastructure aligns with compliance, security, and risk standards
– Manage relationships with external vendors, tools, and technology partners
– Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
– 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, program delivery, or digital transformation
– Demonstrated ability to execute complex, multi-layered technology initiatives
– Experience within financial services, fintech, or data-driven platforms
– Strong understanding of structured delivery environments (PMO / program governance)
– Exposure to ERP platforms (Oracle or similar)
– Experience working with data systems, analytics, or integrations
– Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or modern delivery practices
– Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating strategy into execution
– Understanding of compliance, audit, and risk considerations in system design
– Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
– Experience with investment platforms or financial data ecosystems
– Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CISA, or similar
– Exposure to global markets (North America, Middle East, etc.)
