Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, you will oversee and drive the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing overall operations, leading strategic initiatives, overseeing key projects, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. You will be accountable for profitability and for maintaining high standards across cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive expertise in Operations Management, including streamlining processes and optimizing operational efficiency
• Experience with P&L Management to oversee financial performance and profitability
• Strong skills in Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering customer-centric strategies
• Proven abilities in Strategic Planning to identify and execute long-term business goals
• Expertise in Project Management, successfully leading teams to achieve predefined objectives
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably in the technology or financial services industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred
