Job Title: Odoo Project Manager

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: India (Remote work)

Role Summary:

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations with a focus on wholesale / retail / trading environments
• Own delivery from requirements → implementation → go-live
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high business impact

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle Odoo projects (implementation, rollout, upgrades)
• Drive requirement workshops and map business processes into Odoo
• Lead cross-functional teams (functional + technical)
• Act as primary client interface and manage stakeholders
• Ensure strong delivery governance, testing, and successful go-live

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years of Odoo experience (functional + project management)
• Proven track record of successful project rollouts (must provide proof points)
• Hands-on experience in wholesale / retail / distribution implementations
• Strong expertise across core modules:
• Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting

Version & Certification:

• Experience working on Odoo 18 and Odoo 19
• Odoo certification preferred

Key Skills:

• ERP process knowledge (O2C, P2P)
• Strong stakeholder management
• Agile / structured project delivery
• Ability to balance standard vs customization

Nice to Have:

• Experience with integrations (EDI, payment gateways, third-party systems)
• Multi-country or multi-warehouse implementations

Must demonstrate:

• 2–3 end-to-end Odoo implementations
• Measurable business outcomes (efficiency, automation, scale)
