What You’ll Do

This is a full-time In-Office role for a Marketplace Executive in E-commerce located in Gurgaon.

• Manage day-to-day sales, ads and operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Blinkit and others.
• Optimize product listings—titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ content, and more.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and fulfillment status to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Analyze performance metrics—conversion rates, reviews, returns—and suggest improvements.
• Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Launch and manage campaigns like Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, and other platform tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and content updates.
• Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity across platforms
• Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, and operational efficiency

Requirements

•  0-1 year of experience handling ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Nykka, Flipkart, Blinkit and others).
• Hands on experience with unicommerce for order and inventory management
• Prior Experience in Digital Marketing will be preferred. 
• ProblemSolving, Decision making, Communication skills are required
• Experience in running ad campaigns with strong performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of SEO and A+ content creation for ecommerce.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven approach to execution.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from performance data.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and love taking full ownership of your work.
