Account Assistant – Full Time (Female Only) Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate financial records by entering data into accounting software and ensuring timely updates.

2. **Invoice Management**: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts as needed.

3. **Reconciliation**: Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts, ensuring that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

4. **Reporting**: Generate reports on financial status and summarize results for management review, providing insights into the organization’s financial health.

5. **Communication**: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to address inquiries related to billing and payments effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must have a graduate degree and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software are essential.
