Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Chief Executive Officer. As a Co-Chief Executive Officer, you will share responsibility for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction, financial operations, and overall business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include spearheading strategic planning, managing operational efficiencies, fostering business development, driving financial planning, and cultivating high-performing teams. You will collaborate closely with other leadership members to ensure sustainable and scalable growth, while representing the organization to key stakeholders and partners.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgets, financial strategy, and business processes
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning for scalable growth and long-term organizational success
• Strong ability in Sales and business development to foster partnerships and drive revenue expansion
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving results
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities, fostering a productive and inclusive work culture
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment
• MBA or advanced degree in business-related fields is a plus
• Experience steering or scaling startups or high-growth businesses is highly valued
