Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Vancouver, BC. The Associate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Investment Advisors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, preparing client presentations and financial reports, coordinating communication with clients, scheduling meetings, and supporting client onboarding. The Associate will also assist with account documentation, compliance tasks, and maintaining up-to-date client records.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in administrative and operational tasks, including data management and document preparation.
• A detail-focused approach to ensure accuracy in client records and compliance-related activities.
• Knowledge of financial products, investment principles, and wealth management is a significant asset.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort with financial software systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Relevant industry experience or completion of regulatory coursework, such as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), is highly desirable.
• Preferred Language Skill : Proficient English & Mandarin
