Auric Axis is hiring a senior sales rep to lead our equipment intelligence and disposition track across Western Canadian oil and gas operators. Calgary-based role with significant earning potential for the right candidate.
We work with operators carrying suspended, idled, and end-of-life facility equipment. Our model integrates equipment intelligence, valuation analytics, and multi-channel disposition execution. Buyer network includes direct industrial buyers, institutional resellers, and specialized channel partners. Strong demand right now for natural gas turbines, gas compression, and processing equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Outbound engagement with oil and gas operators across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and BC
- Equipment confirmation conversations with VP Operations, Plant Managers, and Asset Managers
- Position our intelligence and advisory services to operators with suspended assets
- Surface qualified disposition opportunities and support transaction execution
- Coordinate field documentation visits when opportunities qualify
- Maintain CRM discipline and weekly pipeline reviews with the founder
What We’re Looking For
- 3-7 years industrial sales experience in oil and gas, energy services, or equipment manufacturing
- Working knowledge of natural gas turbines and gas compression (Solar Turbines, Caterpillar, Waukesha, Cummins, Jenbacher, GE)
- Strong outbound prospecting track record
- Calgary-based or relocating
- Self-directed work style, hunter mentality
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Nice To Have
- Experience at Bidell, Crusader, Enerflex, Ritchie Bros, Caterpillar dealers, Solar Turbines, or similar
- Existing operator relationships in Western Canadian oil and gas
- Familiarity with AER regulatory framework
Compensation
Performance-based structure with significant upside. Top performers in this role can realistically earn $300K+ in year one. Specific structure discussed during first conversation.
