Role Overview
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team across a defined geography. The role is part coach, part operator, part strategist — building team capability, hitting regional quota, and shaping go-to-market in the region.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead a team of Account Executives across a defined region
– Own regional revenue targets and forecast accuracy
– Coach AEs on deal strategy, discovery, and negotiation
– Run weekly forecast calls, deal reviews, and team rituals
– Hire, onboard, and develop AEs in the region
– Partner with marketing and customer success on regional go-to-market
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 6+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years managing AEs
– Track record of consistently delivering against regional revenue targets
– Strong forecast and pipeline management discipline
– Hands-on with Salesforce and modern sales tooling
– Excellent coaching, hiring, and team development instincts
– Comfort working with cross-functional partners and senior leadership
