Financial / Administrative Assistant Full Time

This is to fill 1 permanent Financial / Administrative Assistant position for Legal Services branch working 75 hours bi-weekly.

Essential Qualifications

Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Please note selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume; ensure you use a month/year to month/year format and include the duties you performed in each of your positions.

• Completion of an Office Administration program; a Legal Administration certificate is preferred;
• Experience providing senior level executive and administrative support;
• Experience providing financial administration (processing contracts, invoices, and creating and reconciling budget reports) and financial management systems;
• Experience working with legal and/or court processes would be an asset.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.
