Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Auditor role based in Noida. The Auditor will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external audit assignments in accordance with applicable standards and company policies. Daily tasks include reviewing financial records, evaluating internal controls, testing transactions, and identifying variances, risks, and areas for process improvement. The role involves preparing clear audit documentation, working papers, and reports with practical recommendations for management. The Auditor will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow up on implementation of audit recommendations, and support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. The position may also involve assisting in developing audit plans, supporting risk assessments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls, and basic accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, applicable local regulations).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and draw logical, evidence-based conclusions.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic accounting or ERP software; familiarity with audit tools or data analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Sound professional ethics, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent) are preferred or in progress.
- Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or financial analysis is preferred; experience in consulting or placement environments is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, remain open to feedback, and adapt to evolving processes and regulatory requirements.
