Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Kapurbawdi, Thane. In this role, you will drive sales growth and build strong relationships with clients while leading a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Lead Sales Team:** Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
2. **Develop Sales Strategies:** Create effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
3. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. **Sales Forecasting:** Monitor sales performance and prepare accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments.
5. **Training and Development:** Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve their skills, ensuring they are knowledgeable about our products and sales techniques.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a relevant industry. A graduate degree is essential. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets are crucial. You should be analytical, goal-oriented, and capable of developing strategic plans. Proficiency in using sales software and tools will be beneficial in managing sales processes effectively. A proactive mindset and a passion for driving sales are essential attributes for success in this role.
