Job Description
We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations in our facility located in Ambernath West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in security and must be male, as per our requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: The Security Supervisor will lead a team of security guards, ensuring they are well-trained and aware of their duties to maintain safety at all times.
2. Surveillance Monitoring: This role involves monitoring security cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify any suspicious activities and respond promptly.
3. Incident Reporting: The Supervisor will document any incidents or breaches in security, ensuring that all reports are accurate and submitted to management for review.
4. Access Control: Managing the entry and exit of personnel at the facility is crucial. The Supervisor will oversee visitor logs and ensure that all access points are secure.
5. Safety Inspections: Regular safety checks of the premises will be conducted to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate measures for improvement.
