Key Responsibilities:

1. **Order Picking**: Retrieve items from the warehouse shelves based on order lists accurately and efficiently. You will ensure that the correct quantities and products are selected.

2. **Quality Checks**: Inspect items for quality and condition before packing. This step helps maintain high standards and ensures that customers receive the best products.

3. **Packing and Labeling**: Prepare picked items for shipment by packing them securely and labeling packages correctly. You will ensure that all packages are organized and easy to identify.

4. **Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory counting and organization. You may be required to report low stock levels or help restock items on shelves.

5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and ensure smooth operations. Effective communication is essential to provide updates and resolve any issues.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed at least 10th grade education and have a willingness to learn. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are crucial.
