Air Canada is presently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the permanent full-time position of Cleaner at the Vancouver Airport.

• Clean aircraft exteriors in accordance with operational and safety standards
• Perform additional operational cleaning duties related to aircraft, aircraft parts, and associated equipment

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience considered a strong asset
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and statutory holidays
• Ability to safely operate high lift or elevated work equipment
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting and handling heavy objects in accordance with safety guidelines
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations. Please refer to Transport Canada site for more details
