Role Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Operations for a full-time, remote role. The individual in this leadership position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, overseeing budgets and financial performance, implementing strategic plans, ensuring client satisfaction through elevated customer service, and leading project management efforts. The Vice President of Operations will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to optimize resources and financial performance
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain and improve client and partner relationships
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning to develop and implement long-term organizational goals
• Proven experience in Project Management to oversee and ensure successful project execution
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage a distributed team
• Experience in the real estate development or related industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
