Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Montreal, QC. The Flooring Specialist will be responsible for assessing flooring needs, recommending suitable solutions, and managing the installation of flooring systems such as epoxy, carpet, and hardwood. The role involves direct communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, and coordinating with the installation team to ensure high-quality results align with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in flooring techniques, including carpet, hardwood, and epoxy installation
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Experience in sales and the ability to recommend appropriate flooring solutions based on customer needs
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to manage hands-on tasks on-site
- Prior experience in flooring or construction industries is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
