Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Tier 1 Information Technologist to serve as a first point of contact for internal technical support requests. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, helping users, and building a strong foundation in IT support within a fast paced team environment. You will troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, support onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate ticket records, and escalate more complex issues when needed.
