Why Work Here?
You will join a stable, growing organization that operates a clean and well-organized warehouse and values long-term employment. The small crew environment means you work closely with a team of about four people and are recognized as an individual rather than just a number. The company offers a reliable schedule, regular overtime opportunities, and a supportive culture that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent, steady work.
Work Environment
This role is based in a modern, new warehouse facility dedicated to distributing car wash equipment, service parts, and cleaning solutions. The warehouse is clean, well organized, and arranged alphabetically to support efficient picking. The environment is not temperature controlled, so it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions. You will work a five-day schedule, Monday through Friday, on first shift from approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with the possibility of an earlier 6:30 a.m. start as needed. Expect 5–10 hours of overtime per week. You will use a sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, an iPad, RF scanners, and an automated wrap machine as part of your daily tasks. The team is small, and you will report into a single supervisor, fostering close communication and collaboration throughout the shift.
