Virtual Assistant for an online fitness coach Full Time NEW

My business helps women lose body fat, build muscle, gain confidence and feel strong in their body.

This is a long-term role for the right person. I’m looking for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, good with communication and excited to grow with the business over time.

You do not need to know everything already, but you must be willing to learn, follow processes and ask questions when unsure.

Main Responsibilities

You’ll Initially Be Helping With

• Following relevant Instagram accounts
• Sending friendly welcome messages
• Organising Instagram conversations
• Updating tracking sheets
• Finding relevant micro-influencer accounts
• Scheduling Instagram content
• Creating simple Canva graphics
• Organising Google Drive documents
• Basic admin tasks
• Sending daily progress reports

Over time, there may also be opportunities to help with:

• Basic video editing
• ———- content for Facebook and ———-
• More advanced admin systems
• Helping improve social media processes

• You have strong written English
• You communicate clearly
• You are reliable and consistent

• You are comfortable using Instagram
• You have experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• You can follow step-by-step instructions
• You ask questions when unsure
• You care about doing high-quality work
• You are interested in health, fitness or personal development
• You are looking for a long-term role where you can grow

This is a full time role

You will need to be available for consistent daily work, ideally across 7 days per week.

There may be some flexibility with the exact working hours, but I would like someone who can be in the dm’s throughout the day, check in daily, complete agreed tasks and send a daily report.

Starting Pay

$ ———- per month, depending on experience and availability

You will also receive a bonus for each client who sign up from conversations or leads you have helped generate

As the business grows and you perform well, there will be opportunities for increased pay and more responsibility
