Key Responsibilities:
1. **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, aiming to generate interest and lead conversions.
2. **Customer Interaction**: Maintain a polite and friendly tone while engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information.
3. **Data Entry**: Record customer interactions and update the database with relevant details to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.
4. **Follow-Up**: Reach out to previous customers and leads to encourage them to consider our services again, providing updates or answering queries.
5. **Feedback Collection**: Seek feedback from customers after interactions to help improve services and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language), with a strong ability to listen and respond effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. Basic knowledge of computer applications and data entry skills are necessary to manage customer information accurately. Being detail-oriented with a focus on achieving targets is important in this role. Candidates should be approachable and have the ability to handle rejection gracefully while maintaining a professional demeanor.
