We are looking for dedicated Airport Ground Staff to join our team in Nagpur. This position is suitable for individuals with 0 to 6 years of experience and requires at least a completion of 12th grade.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Passenger Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in, boarding, and disembarking procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.
– **Baggage Handling:** Manage the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring all bags are handled safely and delivered to the correct destinations.
– **Ticketing Support:** Assist passengers with ticketing queries and provide information regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other travel-related inquiries.
– **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
– **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure the security of passengers and the airport environment.
