Supply Chain Business Analyst Full Time

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale business transformation initiative within a complex, enterprise environment. You’ll play a key role in modernizing procurement and supply chain functions, with a focus on demand forecasting, replenishment, and vendor management processes.

Working alongside cross-functional stakeholders across procurement, finance, and supply chain, you’ll help bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Your work will directly support the implementation and optimization of platforms like SAP Ariba and Blue Yonder, driving meaningful operational improvements.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across supply chain functions, including demand forecasting, replenishment, and vendor management

• You’ll map current and future state processes across procurement and supply chain, identifying opportunities for optimization

• You’ll support system implementation and enhancement efforts using SAP Ariba and Blue Yonder solutions

• You’ll translate complex business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and supporting documentation

• You’ll facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and clarity

• You’ll contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple systems and teams

Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on supply chain, procurement, or business transformation

• Hands-on or project-based experience supporting demand forecasting, replenishment, and vendor management processes

• Exposure to SAP Ariba and Blue Yonder, with experience supporting related implementations or enhancements

• Strong process mapping and documentation skills using tools like Visio or Lucidchart

• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables

• Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating stakeholder sessions

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
