Social Media and Content Creator: Part-Time

Your primary responsibility will be managing and growing Healthy Crunch’s brand awareness and presences, as well, as sharing the story and journey of Healthy Crunch. We’re looking for a superstar when it comes to social media and content creator who’s at the forefront of culture. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of consistent messaging and branding; someone who is excited for the idea of sharing the Healthy Crunch story around the World. This role will take reasonability for creating content for all social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Healthy Crunch blog and Podcasts, as well, as assist in influencer partnerships. Equal parts creator and social media strategist, you’re developing and posting on-brand content while creating and responding to trending and real-time opportunities. You’ll coordinate and support our influencer partnerships and brand ambassador program to ensure their content is on brand and targeting the right audiences. You’ll understand our consumers and how to reach them to speak with them. This role reports to the Marketing Manager, but you’ll work closely with our Founder, Julie Bednarski.

Role and Responsibilities
· Create and maintain social media calendar and publish content across all channels (included but no limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter);
· Lead content ideation, creation and development for all social media channels including photography / video (product, lifestyle) and copy;
· Lead community management across all social platforms;
· Travel to and represent the brand at various industry and consumer engagement events;
· Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them;
· Must have a valid drivers in good standing, and a registered, reliable, and insured vehicle and ability to drive between retail accounts.
Experience & Knowledge
The perfect candidate will be educated and passionate about marketing and sales and growing brand presence within the retail landscape. The position will communicate directly with the Marketing Manager daily to ensure the sales and marketing stability of the company is maintained. The role is fast-paced and requires full attention and detail of the candidate, as well as, constant communication with our team. Trust is a key character trait that we’re looking for in a candidate. We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and highly organized individual to fill this role and add value to our team.
· 2 to 4 years of social media experience (preferably in consumer-packaged goods or within the millennial market)
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field including marketing, communication, journalism, PR, or similar;
· Experience with direct management of Facebook Ads Manager and other paid social media platforms;
· Excellent, on-brand writing and customer service skills;
· Prior social media and community management experience building accounts with strong engagement; Strong understanding of TikTok
· Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign
· Comfortable in fast-paced company, able to adapt to change quickly;
· Prior experience working in retail food sector for a consumer foods company understanding of mass channel accounts;
· Experience in digital marketing and social media is key;
· Team player with a sense of fun;
· A winning mentality and burning passion for the brand and your goals;
· Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner;
· Develops innovative approaches and ideas;
· Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
