Marketing & Social Media Assistant Full Time

Rose Vine Studios is a boutique wedding photography studio known for its editorial, story-driven work. Beyond photography, we also support a roster of clients on a marketing basis — spanning content strategy, social media, and brand communications. We’re looking for a creative and highly organized assistant to join our small team and help us grow across both sides of the business.

This is a hands-on contract role for someone who loves social media, moves fast, stays organized, and genuinely gets excited about using AI tools to work smarter. You’ll get real experience across content creation, marketing strategy, and business operations from day one.

What you’ll work on

– Managing and scheduling social media content across platforms

– Drafting captions, email copy, and marketing materials – Supporting campaign planning and execution for multiple clients

– Administrative tasks: scheduling, inbox management, CRM updates, and follow-ups

– Research, reporting, and keeping internal documents up to date – Using AI tools to support content creation and workflow efficiency

What we’re looking for

– Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategy (Instagram a must)

– Background or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field

– Strong written communication skills

— you understand voice and tone

– Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball – Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and curious about how to use them well

– A problem-solver who figures things out and doesn’t wait to be told every next step – Based in or around Montreal for occasional in-person collaboration

Bonus points

– Video editing experience (Reels, short-form content)

– Experience with tools like Planoly or Canva

– Interest in photography, marketing, or the creative industry

You won’t be fetching coffee. You’ll be working directly with the founder on real client work — across a growing photography studio and a handful of marketing clients.
