Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Vice President, based in the Greater Surat Area. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, overseeing business operations, and driving organizational growth. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing high-level business strategies, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring overall operational excellence across regional and global markets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in marketing or related industries

Strong expertise in business strategy, operations management, and organizational development

Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to drive company growth

Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance and identify expansion opportunities

Extensive experience in client relationship management and business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred)

• Prior experience in a senior management or executive role is highly preferred
