The Team
The COO group is key to the functional core of RBC Capital Markets’ trading activities, driving greater efficiency, scalability and control within operational processing.
Within the Business Architecture & Product Management team, we shape and advance the COO transformation roadmap through a holistic lens encompassing people, processes, data and technologies. We partner closely with IT partners to articulate a clear vision for the future of our business and drive towards it through emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and agentic systems.
