Salary: £43-48,000
A well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Architect to join its expanding team in Chester. This position would suit an experienced Architect looking to progress their career within a collaborative and design-focused environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including education, commercial, leisure and institutional.

The role:
* Managing and delivering projects across a variety of sectors
* Supporting both the creative and technical stages of project delivery
* Coordinating with clients, consultants and wider design teams
* Producing and reviewing technical information, specifications and drawings
* Presenting design proposals and solutions both internally and externally
* Supporting the continued growth and development of the Chester office
* Ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
Requirements for the Senior Architect role:
* Qualified Architect with significant post-Part III experience
* Strong experience across all RIBA stages
* Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Strong detailing and technical delivery capabilities
* Proven Revit project experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Career-driven and motivated to progress professionally
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative office environment
