As a Security Officer – Patrol Coverage in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, work closely with teammates, and reflect a caring culture that puts people first while acting with integrity.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, document observations, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
