As a Security Officer Hospital Main Lobby Access Control in Fountain Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy healthcare location as a Front Desk professional, helping create a welcoming first impression while supporting security-related access control, visitor assistance, and communication. In this visible role, you will use strong customer service skills to help address questions, monitor activity, and report concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Full Time / Swing Shift 

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a healthcare location front desk.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, assist with visitor check-in processes, verify credentials as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, calls for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support front desk operations by maintaining a professional presence and documenting security-related activity in required logs and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
