As the Sales Manager of Account Management at ADDMAN Polymer, you will be responsible for leading and developing an account management team while overseeing a portfolio of key customer relationships across Commercial Space/Aerospace & Defense, medical, and high-end industrial markets. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth within existing accounts, expand strategic partnerships, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In this role, you will direct and mentor a team of Account Managers, establishing account strategies, driving pipeline development, and ensuring consistent execution of commercial objectives. You will serve as the senior commercial leader for key accounts, working cross-functionally with Program Management, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with ADDMAN’s capabilities and long-term growth strategy. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and requires U.S. person status.
