About The Position
St. Anne’s, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN). We offer assisted living and skilled nursing care in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The registered nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care. Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR.
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
- 2 year or 4 year degree.
Responsibilities
- Identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs.
- Perform nurse practice activities up to and including assessments.
- Administer and monitor medications.
- Document resident care.
- Ensure the provision of person-centered care.
