We’re hiring a highly execution-focused Paid Social Operator to join a fast-growing digital business scaling aggressively across paid social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives inside ad accounts, moves quickly, and is driven by performance outcomes—not just strategy decks.
You’ll be joining a well-supported team with strong creative, data, and technical infrastructure already in place, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most: launching, testing, and scaling campaigns efficiently. The goal is simple—drive growth, increase spend, and maintain strong ROI performance.

Job Summary / Role Overview
As a Paid Social Operator, you will take ownership of campaign execution across Meta (primary channel) while supporting expansion into additional platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit.
This is not a strategy-only position—you will be expected to work directly in ad accounts daily, launching campaigns, testing creatives, optimizing performance, and scaling budgets efficiently.
Your success will be measured by your ability to increase spend significantly while maintaining or improving CPA and ROI targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Rapidly launch new campaigns and iterate based on performance insights
- Scale monthly ad spend from ~£50k to ~£200k while maintaining efficiency
- Identify and implement growth opportunities (audiences, creatives, geographies, platforms)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, data, and tech)
- Expand campaigns into additional platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against CPA and ROI targets
- Provide performance updates and insights to stakeholders
- Contribute to client satisfaction through proactive communication and results delivery
Required Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns (minimum £50k/month spend)
- Highly execution-focused with daily ad account management experience
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activity
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and client interaction
Preferred Skills / Nice to Have
- Experience in casino, gambling, or subscription-based funnels
- Exposure to Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit advertising platforms
- Direct response marketing background
- Experience working with high-budget campaigns and rapid scaling environments
- Familiarity with tracking tools, attribution models, and performance analytics
Work Schedule
- To be aligned with UK business hours (final schedule to be confirmed)
