Music Producer – Remote Contract Full Time NEW

This role is an opportunity for a skilled music producer to collaborate on a praise and worship project, focusing on the creation of 4 to 5 original songs. The melodies and lyrics are largely developed, and the project requires a producer who can transform these ideas into polished, high-quality tracks. The artist brings extensive experience in singing and songwriting, offering clear creative direction and guidance on musical flow using the number system, while also encouraging your creative input to shape the final sound. This is a collaborative process aimed at producing music that resonates with worship audiences and elevates the overall project.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the artist to produce 4–5 praise and worship songs from initial concept to final mix.
• Interpret and enhance provided melodies and lyrics, ensuring the music aligns with the intended emotional and spiritual tone.
• Arrange, record, and mix tracks, utilizing both the artist’s guidance and your own creative expertise.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently to achieve the desired sound.
• Manage the technical aspects of music production, including instrumentation, programming, and audio engineering.
• Deliver high-quality, ready-to-release tracks suitable for digital distribution and streaming platforms.

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in music production, particularly within the praise and worship or contemporary Christian music genres.
• Proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and music production software.
• Strong skills in arrangement, mixing, and mastering.
• Ability to interpret creative direction and collaborate effectively with songwriters and vocalists.
• Familiarity with the number system for music arrangement is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to creative feedback.
• Ability to work remotely and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• A portfolio or examples of previous music production work, especially in similar genres.
