JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and animate motion graphics for product launches, campaigns, digital screens, and social platforms.
• Develop visual concepts that enhance storytelling and drive engagement.
• Edit and assemble high-quality video content using supplied footage and internal assets.
• Apply visual treatments such as grading, text overlays, audio syncing, and transitions.
• Support with versioning content across formats and regions.
• Create product renders for use in campaigns, packaging, presentations, and online.
• Develop 3D scenes and lighting setups in Cinema 4D or equivalent software.
• Produce both still and animated 3D content depending on campaign requirements.
• Produce still visuals, graphics, and layouts for web, social, packaging, and print.
• Support wider campaign development with asset creation as needed.
• Work with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop visual ideas and deliver creative to brief.
• Ensure brand consistency and a high standard of execution across all creative outputs.

ROLE REQUIREMENT:

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Cinema 4D or Blender (preferred).
• Rendering: Redshift / relevant engines.
• Maintain awareness of creative trends in FMCG, vaping, and broader design culture.
• Work to deadlines and manage priorities across fast-paced campaign schedules.
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation pacing, lighting, and composition.
