Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Patrol Officer to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring designated areas through surveillance, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to incidents. Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorised access and identify potential security risks.
• open and close buildings
• Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including providing first aid if necessary.
• Enforce security protocols and loss prevention measures to protect property and assets.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and record observations accurately.
• Assist with access control procedures by verifying identification of staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when required.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their concerns professionally.

Experience

• Previous experience in security or surveillance roles is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided.
• must be over 25 years to drive company vehicles for insurance purposes
• must have a valid UK Driving license and Valid SIA license
• Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques is desirable.
• Basic first aid certification is preferred; ongoing training will be available for successful candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in reporting incidents and maintaining logs.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective reporting and interaction with colleagues and the public. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
