Product Management is a pivotal department of our business, responsible for creating product strategies that solve customer challenges and deliver exceptional mobility service experiences. Our focus is on developing and optimizing mobile service offerings to drive customer satisfaction and create sustainable competitive advantage.
Reporting to the Director, Product Management & Strategic Projects, the Manager, Mobile Product Management leads the product strategy and long‑term vision for our mobility services portfolio. This role oversees the entire product lifecycle with a strong emphasis on business outcomes, customer lifecycle optimization, and cross-functional leadership, rather than technical product development. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, market insight, and strategic thinking.
