Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team in Makarpura, Vadodara. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 6 years of experience, preferably those with an . qualification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machines to create precise parts and components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Machine Operation**: Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and other tools to manufacture parts according to specifications. Ensure machines are set up properly for efficient production.
2. **Quality Assurance**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Identify and report any defects or issues for correction.
3. **Maintenance**: Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure they operate smoothly and safely. Troubleshoot minor issues and report major problems to supervisors.
4. **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the correct manufacturing processes and measurements needed.
5. **Collaboration**: Work as part of a team to meet production goals and timelines. Communicate effectively with other team members to resolve problems.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have a strong understanding of machining processes and be comfortable working with various tools and machinery. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential. The ability to read technical drawings and work independently or as part of a team is crucial. Candidates should be proactive, safety-conscious, and willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
