– Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and workers to ensure communication is effective and tasks are completed efficiently.
– Site Inspection: Regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with design specifications and government regulations, addressing any issues swiftly to prevent delays.
– Progress Reporting: Keep detailed records of daily activities, including materials used and work completed, providing updates to project managers.
– Resource Management: Help manage construction materials, tools, and equipment on-site, ensuring that resources are used efficiently to minimize waste.
