Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the hiring process by creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions.
2. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures while providing the necessary training and resources for success.
3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, providing guidance to managers and employees on setting goals, completing reviews, and addressing performance issues.
4. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions, promoting a harmonious workplace by mediating conflicts and facilitating effective communication between staff and management.
5. Policy Development: Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices, ensuring they align with company culture and objectives.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build relationships with employees at all levels. A solid understanding of labor laws and HR practices is essential, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in HR software and tools is also expected, along with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
