**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Cold Calling:** Reach out to potential customers through phone calls to introduce credit card offerings and generate interest.
– **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a thorough understanding of various credit card products to effectively address customer queries and promote benefits.
– **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers, provide detailed information about features and services, and assist them in understanding how our products meet their needs.
– **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify leads by gathering information and noting customer preferences, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
– **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to interested prospects to encourage application submission and maintain relationship building.
– **Sales Reporting:** Document calls, update customer details, and track sales progress in the system to maintain accurate records.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
