With a strong foundation in paid social and a proven acquisition model, they are now entering a rapid expansion phase across multiple platforms.They operate with a performance-first mindset, backed by robust internal support across creative production, tracking infrastructure, and analytics—allowing operators to execute quickly and effectively.Job Summary / Role OverviewAs a Paid Social Operator, you will take ownership of campaign execution across Meta (primary channel) while supporting expansion into additional platforms such as Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit.This is not a strategy-only position—you will be expected to work directly in ad accounts daily, launching campaigns, testing creatives, optimizing performance, and scaling budgets efficiently.Your success will be measured by your ability to increase spend significantly while maintaining or improving CPA and ROI targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and execute paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)Rapidly launch new campaigns and iterate based on performance insightsScale monthly ad spend from ~£50k to ~£200k while maintaining efficiencyIdentify and implement growth opportunities (audiences, creatives, geographies, platforms)Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, data, and tech)Expand campaigns into additional platforms (Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit)Monitor and optimize campaign performance against CPA and ROI targetsProvide performance updates and insights to stakeholdersContribute to client satisfaction through proactive communication and results deliveryRequired Qualifications / What We’re Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns (minimum £50k/month spend)Highly execution-focused with daily ad account management experienceStrong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentCommercial mindset with a focus on outcomes, not just activityExcellent communication skills for stakeholder and client interactionPreferred Skills / Nice to HaveExperience in casino, gambling, or subscription-based funnelsExposure to Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit advertising platformsDirect response marketing backgroundExperience working with high-budget campaigns and rapid scaling environmentsFamiliarity with tracking tools, attribution models, and performance analyticsWork ScheduleTo be aligned with UK business hours (final schedule to be confirmed)Benefits / What We OfferMonthly compensation: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000Fully remote work environmentAccess to strong internal support teams (creative, data, tech)Opportunity to work on high-budget, high-growth campaignsFast-paced, performance-driven culture with real ownershipContinuous learning and exposure to multi-platform scaling strategies
