Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic International Affiliate Manager with 3+ years of experience in international affiliate networks. The role involves developing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing affiliate performance across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard international affiliates and partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities in international regions
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive global growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Must have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (international exposure)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of affiliate tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple markets and time zones
