– **Product Promotion:** Educate customers about various banking products and services, helping them understand options that may suit their financial needs.
– **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers in a timely manner, ensuring a positive banking experience.
– **Documentation Support:** Guide clients in completing required documentation for account openings, loans, and other banking services accurately and efficiently.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
We are looking for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the banking field. Candidates must have at least a 10th-grade education. Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English are crucial for effectively interacting with customers.
