**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Passenger Assistance:** Help passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and any inquiries they may have to create a positive travel experience.

– **Baggage Handling:** Ensure that luggage is safely loaded and unloaded from aircraft, minimizing damage and adhering to safety regulations.

– **Ticketing and Documentation:** Manage ticket sales and verify travel documents to confirm passenger eligibility for travel.

– **Coordination with Airlines:** Work closely with airline staff to provide necessary information, resolve issues quickly, and maintain operational efficiency.

– **Emergency Response:** Be prepared to assist during emergencies by following established safety procedures and aiding passengers as needed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

– Candidates must have completed their 12th grade and should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
