Job Overview: A voice process executive handles direct verbal communication with customers via telephone to provide support, resolve complaints, or conduct sales.

Managing incoming support requests or making outgoing calls for sales, marketing, or follow-ups.
Addressing customer queries, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions to ensure satisfaction
Maintaining accurate logs of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in company systems.
Providing accurate details regarding company products, services, and policies.
