Quotograph is a construction automation platform that helps GCs and commercial subs eliminate manual back-office work. Tools: blueprint takeoffs/estimating, safety monitoring, compliance docs, permit management. Building the OS for modern construction.
The Role
We are hiring a Head of Sales to own revenue. The playbook exists. Your job is to run it and close enterprise accounts. You will report directly to the CEO.
This is not a seat for someone looking to manage from a distance. You will be hands on the phone, in the field, and across the table from GCs, commercial subs, and insurance brokers.
What You Will Own
-Full cycle enterprise sales across our four product lines (Quoto Measure, Quoto Report, PermitX, Quoto Drone)
-Pipeline generation, forecasting, and hitting quota
-Channel and partnership motion, including the insurance broker vertical we are actively building
-CRM discipline and clean sales data
Who You Are
-7+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a track record of carrying and hitting a number
-Construction tech, fintech, or insurtech background strongly preferred
-You have closed six figure ACV deals and can walk us through exactly how
-You are fluent in the language of GCs, subs, and project managers
-Canadian market experience is a plus, US expansion experience is a bigger one
Compensation Philosophy
We are direct about this. Base salary is $40K. It is designed to cover basic living expenses while you earn real money through commission and equity.
Commission: Uncapped, aggressive, tied to new ARR and expansion revenue.
Equity: Meaningful ownership stake, vesting over four years with a one-year cliff. We want you thinking like a founder because you will be one.
Upside: As revenue grows, your base grows with it. The structure is built so that the people who drive the outcome share in it.
